Question

Random colour shapes occur when scrolling/navigating

Has anyone experienced random colour shapes occurring when scrolling/navigating around a doc page? I've been experiencing this anomaly for a while now. Usually it takes the form of a solid colour from the basic palette in use.

Sometimes the colours are solid, sometimes the involve a blend. Occasionally just thin grey lines (not guides or rules).

I also experience an issue with Acrobat flickering when reviewing comment notes on PDFs. Again a random thing.

I suspect both issues are more likely related to the graphics card (an AMD Radeon Pro 5500 XT 8 GB), but checking here to see if anyone else may have experienced similar, or has any useful advice to corroborate/resolve. I've enclosed screen shot/recording examples to assist.

Any assistance would be much appreciated.

Thanks and best, Ant Hannant

Disable GPU performances (in the preferences)

Thanks very much, I'll try that, plus toggling between GPU and CPU.

Any idea about the flicker in Acrobat?
