Re-link files to CC library in InDesign

Hi,

How do I mass re-link files to my CC libraries? 

I tried the "re-link from CC libraries" button and it didn't work for me. When my CC libraries pulls up, I'm prompted to select the graphic or photo to re-link, but when I do, Ilustrator or Photoshop just opens up.

I don't want place all my images in graphics in my document again; I'd like to re-link them.

How do I do this?
