relinking not active

I bougt a new Mac Mini together with a new Adobe CC contract. I migrated all the apps etc. My files are still in the same Icloud. The problem is that in a Indesign-file the half of the connected jpeg-files aren't linked any more. The relink-option is not active. So I have to make a new connection with al the jpegs one by one.

What is wrong. Who can help me?
