Roman Hanging Punctuation

Hi,

I'd like to have Roman Hanging Punctuation in a paragraph. I chose Optical Margin alignment, but as you'll see in the attached screenshot, its not creating Roman Hanging Punctuation for the entire paragraph. The hyphen is not going outside of the margin.

How can I fix this?

The hyphen is going slightly outside the margin.

Try decreasing the points in the Optical Margin Alignment.

It may have something to do with the font. What font is this?

(I am thinking "something something non-standard soft hyphen - different from the default hyphen?". But hard to check without knowing what font it is.)
