You should never vectorize text in InDesign as it causel a bunch of destructive problems. Some are intended, some are caused by bugs.
If you need to vectorize text, open the file in Acrobat Pro and there is in Print Production > Preflight > 2015 Group
a command to vectorize (outline) text.

I vectorize all texts for some sticker print file only with indesign (and before with quark), I never encounter problem (except with text contain gradient color). But your Acrobat solution is good and right for this rounded text ! Thanks

Hi @vincentl401883 ,
I think your issue is showing a well-known bug.
To workaround this:
[1] Scale the object on your page to e.g. 1000%.
[2] Convert text to outlines
[3] Scale it back to e.g. 10%
