Saved files don't appear in folder on macbook (Indesign 2020)

Hi all,

Since I changed to Indesign 2020, all saved files don't appear anymore on my computer. I see them when I want to attach them to an email, but they do not appear in the folder on the computer (neither when I search them on spotflight).

Many thanks

Maren

Hello, I'm having the same problem with CC2020 files not showing up in my folders. I'm reviewing your instructions above, but cannot find Applications > Utilities > Terminal in the Finder menu?  I'm a bit lost. Can you give any additional informaiton on this?  Thank you so much!

Ok, I found the Finder > Applications > Utilities.....but "Terminal" is grayed out and I can't select it. What else can I do? Thank you!

You'll need to do a bit better in that description. I'm having a difficult time envisioning this.
