Scaling full page animation from Animate CC in Indesign CC (2017)

I have run into a problem with publish online and chrome. Particularly with scaling a adobe animate cc page as shown in the photo (it doesn't fill the entire page as it should). It's set to scale in the liquid layouts option and works well in both in the Edge and Firefox browsers. I am hoping that someone can recommend something that might help fix this problem apart from use a different browser .

I tried Chrome for Mac and Windows, older and newer versions, and all my versions render the publish online without the issue shown in your screen capture.

Edit: Opps, when zooming in or having it set to full screen I do see the problem...
