Is there an EXPLANATION for this?
What is FAST_ENTIRE_SCRIPT vs AUTO_UNDO and how do these modes relate to multiple casts to doScript and in a multi-document scenario?

Hi @Lordrhavin,
FAST_ENTIRE_SCRIPT can cause issues. See the following discussion and blog to get some information on it and information about undo in general
https://www.indiscripts.com/post/2011/08/notes-on-fastentirescript-undo-mode
My personal experience has been unless you actually see some gains on using FAST_ENTIRE_SCRIPT avoid using it. The issue it introduced into my code was very hard to debug.

Thanks a lot!

Yes, why should it!? -.- Adobe seems to be either unaware that people pay for this product or that they are selling in the EU and are legally REQUIRED to fulfill IEC/IEEE-82079-1. At least, their API-Dokumentation fails to do that.

Adobe documentation has always been terse to say the least. It is the developer community that digs in to get undocumented information and that is what we share with each other.

Yes, I really appreciate that. They're still legally required to do better, if they wanna sell in the EU. They already got a warning shot in 2023. I think I have to write someone that I happen to know personally in the EU-parliament for another one 😄
