Share for Review. Can create a link, and then looses it

Hello.

 

When one of our staff is using Share for review and creates a link, it works for a while, and then the document looses the link. The link is gone, even though she has saved the document.

 

And when se recreates the link, it disappears again after a while.

 

Anyone else who has had this problem and have a solution?

Is there a setting we are missing? I doubt it since it works for all others at our office.

  1. What version of InDesign is being used?
  2. Can you share the details of the operating system (OS) you're using?
  3. Is this happening with just this file, or does it occur with multiple files?

Additionally, have you tried resetting the preferences to see if that resolves the issue? You can find steps to do so here: Reset Preferences in InDesign. It could help eliminate any configuration-related issues.

Hello. 

She is using vesion 19.5 x64 for InDesign.

Operating system is Windows 11.

It doesen't seem to happen in other docuiments. And anothjer collegue tried a copy of the document that does not work for her. And experienced the same thig. The link dissappeared.

 

So probably something in the file then I guess. Sorrect?
