Hello!

I'm working as a PM in a graphic design company. We're designing mostly reports. Our designers works on InDesign and create Share for Review(SfR) links. They are publicy available links. And I share it with our clients. Clients make comment and designers apply those comments in InDesign.

As a PM, I need to monitor the commenting and resolving process in the SfR links. However, sometimes when I click the SfR link, it directs me to cloud files. I cannot see the link. What might be the reason and solution to my problem?

As a note, my designer colleague prepare the InDesign link directly from his/her Adobe account and I see the links from another Adobe account.

Thank you for your help!

Hello @Atahan & Anıl,

Thank you for reaching out!

Could you please let me know the version of InDesign and the operating system you're using? Additionally, can you confirm if others, such as your clients or colleagues, are able to open the Share for Review links without any issues?

If possible, please share a sample link with me to investigate further. I'll do my best to help resolve this for you.

Looking forward to your response!

Best,
Abhishek Rao

Hello @Abhishek Rao !
Thank you for your message.

I'm using MacOS. I don't use InDesign because I'm not observing these links from the InDesign. But my colleague is using Adobe InDesign 2025. Clients are using Windows.
Here is the sample link: https://assets.adobe.com/id/urn:aaid:sc:US:fab705e3-7276-42d7-b3db-25bc85fb3fd2?view=published

My colleague and the client can see them but I cannot see it. I tried to open it in different browsers but it didn't work.

Hi @Atahan & Anıl,

Thank you for sharing the details and the sample link! I tried opening the link, and it works fine on my end as well.

Could you please try signing out and back into your Creative Cloud account and then test the link again? Sometimes, re-authenticating resolves access-related issues.

Let me know if this helps or if the issue persists, and we can explore further troubleshooting steps.

Best,
Abhishek Rao

Hi @Abhishek Rao ,

I did it. I signed out and sign in again. I tried to open the link in incognito mode, different browsers. No, it doesn't work. I cannot see the link. It directs to me this link: https://www.adobe.com/files/cloud-documents

Hi @Atahan & Anıl,

Thank you for the update, and I’m sorry to hear that the issue persists. Based on your response, it seems like there might be an account or permission issue that's preventing you from accessing the link properly.

You can try:

1. Please try clearing the cache and cookies from your browser and then test again. Reference: https://adobe.ly/3OhHwtn;
2. Ensure that the link you are trying to access is shared with the correct permissions. It may be helpful to check with your colleague to confirm that your access rights are correctly set for the shared document.

3. If possible, try accessing the link from a different Adobe ID (perhaps a personal account) to see if the issue is related to your current account.

If none of these steps work, please feel free to share any additional information, and I’ll continue to assist you further!

Best,
Abhishek Rao
