Hi Everyone,

You can use Creative Cloud to share your files with others in 6 simple steps:

  1. Copy the files you want to share.
  2. Go to Creative Cloud Files folder on your computer.
  3. Create a folder.
  4. Paste the files you want to share in that folder.
  5. Go to assets.adobe.com/files and select the folder you want to share.
  6. Click Get Link.
  7. Copy & share the link. For more information, see this article.

Rishabh, your intentions in honor, but please don't put tutorials into a forum called "Discussions" and lock them (another one of yours is locked). Maybe create a new forum for tutorials. Or put them into the "Announcements".

I could see some "tutorials" at the top of each Discussion area: "how to share files", "how to post screen captures", "how to post your computer/software specs", etc.

What do you mean by "each Discussion area"? "Discussions" is a separate forum. There are no areas. I see this (only pinned posts):

Illustrator discussions, InDesign discussions, Photoshop discussions, etc.

They all have the same overall problems.

Hi @Doc Maik ,

Thanks for reaching out and sharing the suggestions. I tagged this discussion as a Featured Post, however, the way the community is designed these posts also shows under the discussion tab, and for that, we have already shared feedback with the concerned team. On the other hand, the Announcement tab is been used to share information related to the topics which are current/expected volume drivers, or any information which is related to the current/upcoming releases.

Having said that, the idea of having a separate tab for tutorials is really good, and let me assure you, I'll share your feedback with the team.

Rishabh

Also, it might be worth noting that you can share the assets address for others to download, but if you want to collaborate it should be an invite, so that the job folder automatically sync’s to the collaborator’s CCF folders. It’s a subtle but important difference:
