Shortcut queries

Hello, 

Do you know is there a shortcut for

for Show Library Subset

or in the shortcut listings what this might be called. 

Additionally, I have struggled to find if there is a shortcut option for verticle alignment of text in boxes 

I used to have a script for the vertical alignments - but surely there is a way to do it from shortcuts...

Any help on the matter would be good,
