Shortcut to Publish Online doc on iOs

I have a publish online doc that I need to create an link to on my homescreen on iphone.

When I try the usual shortcut method it only takes me to the Publish Online homepage rather than the actual doc. Can it be done via the shortcuts app? Had a look but couldn't get it to work...

Any help appreciated...
