Shortcuts funktionieren in InDesign nicht

Hallo zusammen, 

ich habe mein MacBook neu gekauft und InDesign und die anderen Adobe Programme installiert.

In Illustrator funktionieren die Shortcuts regulär, in InDesign funktionieren sie jedoch leider nicht.

Es ist das selbe eingesellt wie an meinem Arbeits-MacBook und da funktioniert es.

    A common cause of keyboard shortcuts not working is when certain applications or extensions "grab" modifier keys (like Shift or space bar). These can be a particular utility app.

     

    To. test, launch the program which is having first before any other. If necessary, hold down the Shift key when launching to prevent startup apps from launching. Then open InDesign first and test to see if the shortcut now works. Then you may have to open apps one by one to see which is the culprit app or extension.

    I also have been having InDesign keyboard shortcuts come-and-go on an inconsistent basis. Not sure what is going on, but have you experimented with resetting InDesign preferences?
