Side bar animation, publish online

So what I'm trying to do is make the side bar animation to move left and then move right again. Circle triggers the move left, then the CLOSE triggers the move right. I'm grouping and trying to simulate this but I'm getting all sorts of confused. Question is, how can I get this to work effectively? I've seen a video of them having this work, but they had absolutely no explanation. ANY type of guidance would be great.

Using the latest install of Indesign on a PC. Thanks in advanced

Add a button where you have the word close. Set it to animation. Choose the animation and set it to reverse.
