Small Caps become Junk character

Hi There,

Our client has found out the issue of small caps letters become junk when they printed the page at their end. But it is fine while took printout at our end.

 

Font Minion Pro

Applied small caps by InDesign Stroke 

 

Any reason behind this hide and seek?

They print directly from InDesign?

Remember, never say you can't do something in InDesign, it's always just a question of finding the right workaround to get the job done. © David Blatner

Ops Sorry for not mention

 

Its PDF they get printed...

Its Acrobat XI at my end, not know what client used to be..

What was the main cause it was not printed correctly in client printer.

It's wrong position. May be they use it some crazy internal reader of browser and think that is right. 

Ask them to install last Adobe Reader or they will NEVER have normal result with ANY PDF.
