Spacing in Left Justify

I have looked over the internet and I cant find how to fix this:

Did you try adjusting the Word Spacing?

There are 3 settings to be used!!!

Could you please be more specific about what you are defining as the problem. Are you concerned about the large gaps between words? If this is the case you may want to look at Hyphenation and Justification.

Altering text directly

Select your text and look for the icon in the upper right corner of InDesign that is three horizontal lines.

Paragraph Styles

If you are using Paragraph Styles look for the corresponding tabs
