Spacing Numbers on Typepath

I using the "Type on a Path" tool, but am using numbers instead of letters. I know how to add more space between the letters, but not sure if there is a way to add space between the numbers.

Here is a photo of what I'm doing. Is there a way to add more space between the numbers?

Either do  it in Illustrator, or use the return key with normal text, the leading will give you the space between.
