I think you mean it crashes when you OPEN your document?
Most likely, your INDD document is corrupted - you can try IDMLing - export as IDML, open, save with a new name - do not overwrite your original file.
But if you can't even open your INDD file anymore - please try this script:
http://kasyan.ho.ua/indesign/all/blind_open_and_idml-export.html
And here is info how to instal it:

Thanks for reaching out. It looks like you've shared the wrong log report. These are from macOS and won’t help in analyzing the InDesign crash.
Did you receive the Adobe Crash Reporter dialog box when InDesign crashed? If so, please submit the crash report with your email address and share that email with me via DM on the Community, so I can track it.
Reference: Submit Crash Reports.
Since you mentioned that the crash occurs at launch, I recommend reviewing this troubleshooting guide: InDesign Crashes on Launch.
Additionally, if possible, please share the affected InDesign file for testing. Also, let me know where the file is stored- locally, on an external drive, in a remote network location, or the cloud. If it's stored locally, try opening it while the machine is disconnected from the internet.
Let me know how it goes. I’ll be waiting for your response!
