Static QR code creation

I use Adobe Express (new.express.adobe.com/tools/generate-qr-code) to generate routine QR codes, but I now need to create a static QR code for a long-lasting feature. Does Adobe Express create static or dynamic QR codes? If they are dynamic, how can I creatic static ones? Thanks for your help.

There's no such thing as a dynamic QR code. There are only 'dynamic' URLs encoded into them. If you don't use any dynamic addressing process, such as tracking, redirection or click analysis, there's nothing about a QR code that is otherwise 'dynamic.'

QR codes are inherently static  — they have to be. You can create completely static codes using Express or InDesign's generator; here's a comprehensive primer to all the details and possibilities:

Again, if you don't use complex URL encoding that redirects clicks or passes them through tracking or analytical systems, the codes are as static as cuneiform tablets. And, even if you do use such URL complexities.... the codes themselves are still 100% static. Anything else you may have come to understand is the result of incessant marketing BS by the code-generating services.
