Hello, I'm on a Mac with OS Monterey. Before a personal trip I made last week, my InDesign files worked fine. Upon my return, InDesign refused to respond. I can open files but, within a minute or so, the spinning ball of death starts. All I need do is move the cursor, which sets it off. I opened new and old files. Same. I've uninstalled/installed the program, twice. I've rebooted several times. Removed all corresponding preference files, twice. Same. I've saved an old file with a new name. Didn't change. I'm stuck and bit miserable. Any suggestions I haven't heard? Please help. Thanks. Al
Hello, Anshul,
After several trials, I came across the true problem. A conflict between some typeface/fonts arose, for reasons I can't figure out. But, my InDesign documents are finally up and running again. No more headaches, for now. Sorry for the wild goose chase.
