Bonjour, sur mon fichier, un bloc image reste en réserve, je n'arrive pas à le mettre en surimpression (onglet options d'objet, case surimpression de fond est grisée)

In a quick test, I don't see overprint being available for any placed graphics. Will Multiply (In the Effects pallet) get you the result you need?

je n'arrive pas à le mettre en surimpression (onglet options d'objet, case surimpression de fond est grisée)

Soit le bloc n'a pas de couleur de fond, soit il est en couleur [Papier]

Mais comme l'écrit @Derek Cross une capture d'écran aiderait.

Je ne peux cocher Surimpression du fond sur le bloc selectionné (alors que pas de pb sur le bloc image à gauche. Sur le fichier PDF d'impression, Apercu de la sortie, cette zone reste blanche quand on enleve le noir...

It's difficult to understand your problem. A screenshot of the issue may help.

If it's about test wrap around an image, tick Ignore Text Wrap in Text Frame Options found under the Object tab.
