As far as using Publish Online please be aware that all of your uploaded content resides on Adobe's servers which means that no proprietary content should be used as part of your presentation.

And to add to Diane's excellent reply, once you've exported your InDesign Publish Online document you can copy the URL and email it to others so they can access the document as well.

SWF export is "dead." I suggest you use the Publish Online feature, which can be found in InDesign versions CC 2015 and later.

Simple click the button in the upper right-hand corner of the screen, labeled "Publish Online."

Here are some great examples of interactive documents done with Publish Online:

the problem is that Online Publish makes the document publish only in adobe, its not mine to save in a usb or to watch without internet.

plus the videos don't play automatically or loop.

I have been doing this presentation for years, exporting in a swf, saving it into USB drivers. and it worked perfectly in chrome, safari or else. But now all the explorers don't have the flash player plug inn.

    please help. !

You could try exporting as a fixed layout ePUB. This file format supports interactivity, and will give you a file you can transfer. You can view offline.

BUT, the user must have a reader, such as iBooks on Mac (not sure on PC). This is why Publish Online is easy, because it just uses browser.

As for videos not auto-playing, this is a preference setting that is set to NOT AUTO PLAY in most browsers.
