Hey Community, i have a question regarding the possibility to work together on an indesign document. Is it possible to work together (my collegaue and i both have a license for indesign!) or what is the best way to work at the same time on one document/ project? Thanks for your help!
Throw it all in a Dropbox or OneDrive folder and share it with your colleague. Make sure you both have an smart sync features turned off so that files are fully synced and available immediately.
Finally, while this workflow is very good, InDesign lock files are not synced so communication is a must as only one of you can work on the file at a time. If you both want to work on it and only one needs to edit content instead of the layout, then InCopy would help.
