I thought I could make the adjustment in Text Frame Options, but I cannot seem to find it.
Hi @JayIKEA , Most fonts have a built in side-bearing, which you can’t change:
You can make some adjustment via Optical Margin Adjustment:
You can also insert some kind if white space before the line and negative track the space, but that's not practical for running text:

If it's a one off, add a space at the start then reduce the tracking of the space until it lines up.
Here I've put the space and lined it up with a space and using minus -360 tracking.
But as pointed out - it's usually a 'feature' by the font designer.

Instead I suggest kerning. Type a space, place the cursor after the space and before the text then adjust kerning in the COntrol panel or Character panel or use a shortcut. On a Mac it’s Option plus left and right arrows.
