Text wrap options panel not displaying anything

Just noticed this bug after recent update (19.0). Clicking on an element that has a text wrap applied to it no longer shows anything in the text wrap panel. Therefore, I'm unable to adjust anything on it..

    Oftentimes, when a major new InDesign version is installed, problems like that can be solved by restoring the InDesign preferences and caches. This explains how to to that:
