Texte mis en majuscules

Lorsque j'importe un texte dans un bloc de texte, tous les caractères sont mis en majuscules. Comment importer du texte sans cette transformation ?

Je crois que Barb Binder a vu juste, en Français c'est l'option "Tout en capitales" :

You may have All Caps enabled as a default. Assuming it is only happening in one file:

Edit > Deselect All
If you are using styles:
- Click on [Basic Paragraph Style] at the top of the Paragraph styles panel
- Click on [None] at the top of the Character styles panel
Type > Character > Panel menu. Is All Caps enabled? If so, disable it and try again.
