Tools and Glyphs windows stuck together

I inadvertantly got the Tools and Glyphs windows touching each other. Now I cannot get them detached from each other - I have turned each off independantly but when I reactivate Tools it opens with glyphs "stuck" to it as per attached image.

I do I get them detached ?

If you've created your own Workspaces are are using them, it's easy: Just reset your workspace to put panels back in place!
