Tranparrent rectangle over image.

Hello, I was watching some tutorials, and then this happened when I made a rectangle and put it on the photo, as you can see I also had a master page bar at the bottom, and it got transparent too, even though the photo is sen to the back (behind the rectangle).

Does anyone know how to fix this?

Check the Effects panel, and see if your rectangles are set to Multiply.

Yes, it's about Overprinting…

Overprinting in InDesign

(you might need some basic print production skills)

Desable Preview/Overprinting or set your objects to «not overprinting».

Hello Toughmedia, it didn't change at all when I disabled the attributes of the object, and I was never in the preview.
