Transfer fonts to a new PC?

I can't seem to figure this out. I've searched the forums up and down and can't seem to find an answer.

All I'm doing is setting up a new laptop for one of my users.  She has a massive amount of fonts that she uses regularly.  These fonts are extremely important to her daily job.

I have InDesign CS6 installed on the new PC.  But how do I take the fonts from her old computer and get them to the new one?  It seems like a simple task, but I'm having some issues with it.

This is not an InDesign question, it’s an operating system question.

You’ll need to install them as per the operating system. If it’s Windows 10, copy them to them to a large thumbdrive, browse tot the folder they’re in, select all, right click and choose install.

Old computer is Windows 7, new computer is Windows 10.  I'm sure there's a way to transfer between the two operating systems.

From the sound of it, they need an installer to be put on a new PC.  I do not believe she's kept these installers.

Would I have to go find every individual font online and install them if this is the case?  Or are they in a directory I can't seem to find?
