Maybe there are conflicts with names / IDs of the interactive elements?

Hi @Vinni36925305qmmy,

I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble with merging interactive PDFs and losing transitions. This can definitely be frustrating.

To better understand the issue, could you please provide a bit more information?
- Are both of the interactive PDFs created in InDesign?
- How exactly are you merging the PDFs? Are you using a specific tool or method?
- If possible, could you share a screen recording of the workflow you follow when merging the PDFs? This will help us pinpoint where the problem might be occurring.

In general, when merging interactive PDFs, it’s important to use a tool that fully supports preserving interactive elements and transitions. Tools like Adobe Acrobat Pro are often recommended for this purpose, as they can handle interactive elements more effectively.

Thank you for your patience, and we look forward to your response!

Thank you,
