Transitions not working in indesign

My transitions arent working from InDesign to create a flip book pdf. Ive tried everything, any help would be appreciated. My software is all up to date, Ive never had this problem in the past.

If you want reliable PDF page turning effect you need an external third-party service, such as https://www.paperturn.com/uk/

How are you viewing the PDF? Are you possibly using a different viewer? There are many programs that can display PDFs but not necessarily any of the animated elements.

Ive viewed it in Acrobat Reader and also in Acrobat DC. Ive tried several times and on different computers
