Triggering an animated gif on a page in an exported .epub

I have an InDesign file that has a few animated gifs in it. Most all except for three are trigged on Page load. But I need a few animations to be triggered by the user either a touch screen or a button. I can't seem to find how to do this.

I can only do with an imported

Convert your animated gif to a State Object (Interactive-->Object States, and hide the gif in the first state (do NOT hide the state itself! Use the layer panel to select the actual gif object!). Then add a button with a Go To State action.

Done.
