Trying to understand what is going on. Multiple versions of ID on my system

I am nearing the end of my CC trial and I want to purchase a license, but I have to make sure that everything is perfect. So could someone walk me through this, please:

When I open CC I see there are two versions of ID installed on my system. See attached. The lower-number version supports RTL (Hebrew/Arabic) texts. The higher version does not. When I installed I told the installation I wanted English menus but support RTL texts. I need the RTL text support. So If I have to live with the two versions, I will but it is confusing and annoying. Any ideas?

Thank you and have a good day!

@SuzzyFlamingo

About RTL - you can also install EN version - then use registry trick to "activate" RTL functionality.

Or do as you've done with older version.

You can keep all previous versions - you just need to select option do not remove / uninstall previous version.

Handy, when you work with people who haven't upgraded.

And you might have to install that way - Adobe keeps available to install only current and ONE previous version - there is no easy way to go back 2 versions or older.

your trial will automatically roll into a paid subscription unless you explicitly cancel (after your 7 day trial).

re: your id question, moving to id forum.

I am still a little confused about this. Adobe sales said I could go with pay by month but "I have to commit for a year." What exactly does that mean? I don't think I will be able to make an educated decision till by trial turns into paid (another few days) so If I pay for a month and then see it doesn't deliver for me, I am going to be forced to pay for the next 11 months? If I cancel they will take me to court? All this needs clarification for me...

a pay by month annual subscription is a one year commitment (that triggers a financial penalty if cancelled before one year) that you pay in monthly installments, similar to a car or apartment lease.

and you need to make a decision within one week of your trial ending or you are on the hook for one year.  this annual.obligation is like every other unsecured debt (exactly the same as an unpaid credit card debt), if you fail to pay.  ie, adobe can't seize your assets, but the failure to pay will appear on your credit record (for, i think, 7 years) and affect your credit worthiness.  and that can vary in importance from little (if you need no credit) to major (eg, if you try to buy a home and need a mortgage/loan).
