Two page spread exporting as one page

I'm exporting a four page newsletter. The center pages are a two page spread. They are exporting as a single  page. Why? It did this on another form I exported too. I've got to send the newsletter to the printer next week and I don't want it printing like this.

In the PDF export menu, be sure "Export as" is set to Pages, not Spreads.

I agree with @James Gifford—NitroPress:

 

When exporting a PDF, always choose Pages on the General Panel of the Export dialog, instead of Spreads:
