Hello, i've recently bought a new macbook pro, with the M3 chip and downloaded InDesign. When opening a document, it doesn't allow me to change my workspace to any of the adobe workspaces (essentials, essentials classic etc). How do I get them back? The option was there on my windows and on my 2020 mac, but have disapeared on my new mac.

Try resetting your preferences:
Windows: Start InDesign, and then press Shift+Ctrl+Alt. Click Yes when asked if you want to delete preference files.
macOS: While pressing Shift+Option+Command+Control, start InDesign. Click Yes when asked if you want to delete preference files.
A dialog will appear asking to delete the InDesign Preferences, select 'Yes' on this dialog.
