Unable to Download PDF from InDesign Publish Online - "Bad Error" Message Appears

Hi there, I've tried re-publishing an Indesign file online and every time I try to download the PDF it gives me a message that says "bad error."

Are there any special characters in your file name? Try just plain text in the file name then try publish online.

Have you tried on a different computer?

Very hard to know what is happening - can you share the link to where it's published?

Yes, I've tried a different browser, same issue. When you try to download it says "Bad Request."

Several people on different computers are experiencing the same issue.

It worked! The file name originally had "[Digital]" in the title. Thank you!
