Hello and welcome, I have a subscription to the cloud with all the applications, for convenience I am working on version 17 of InDesign, a few days ago I got a message that the application will be closed in 5 days and I don't understand why? I pay you every month for the subscription, I can't update to the new version, it requires me to change my computer, it doesn't allow me to download version 19 at all because there is no computer compatibility, what do I do?

This is a strange thing to happen. Anyhow as @BobLevine mentioned no one from outside Adobe can help you with this. You need to contact Adobe support and they should be able to help you. To contact support follow the instructions given below
1. Go to https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
2. Wait a bit on the page that opens up, it should automatically open a chat popup. If that does not happen then look for a call out/chat icon at the bottom right, click over it and the chat popup should open
3. In order to talk to a human type "AGENT" in the chat box
4. If you are not able to get to the chat window, then disable your adblockers, firewall, enable cookies/scripts on your browser. If it still fails then change your browser/machine/network.

P.S. Be mindful of answering anyone who sends you a private message. See the following for more information about scammers

You will need to contact Adobe customer support directly. Nobody here can help you with this.
