Hello everyone,

I recently upgraded to Indesign 2023 (v. 18.1) and I can not scale the user interface in the Preferences menu because the slider is greyed out. I know I should try downscaling the resolution of my monitor but it did not work. Is there anyone who found a fix? Thanks for any kind of help!

Always run your monitor at its native resolution.

What monitor scaling is Windows already doing?

If your graphic card or computer is too old, it may not qualify to function.

No one EVER solves this. Those of us who work on TV monitors (for the large size) can never get the panels text (among other things) to scale up so they are legible. This causes great eyestrain and is just terrible, over all. This problem has been around for about 20 years, and the folks at InDesign don't care. They have never fixed it.
