Buonasera, scrivo per sapere se sarà mai possibile l'tilizzo, la modifica e il salvataggio in contemporanea da più persone del team dello stesso file indd. Senza conflitti del programma. Sarebbe una svolta nel flusso di lavoro per collaborare attivamente ai progetti.

Good evening, and thanks for reaching out! I totally understand how game-changing it would be to have multiple team members working on the same InDesign file simultaneously. Currently, InDesign doesn’t support real-time, multi-user collaboration on a single file like some cloud-based apps.

However, a great workaround is using "InCopy" along with "InDesign". InDesign allows designers to assign sections of text or images to different team members using InCopy. This way, multiple people can work on content simultaneously without overwriting each other's changes. Another option is leveraging shared network drives or version control systems like "Adobe Creative Cloud Libraries" to manage assets collaboratively.

Thanks. I have already tried but as the Adobe technician replied, it is not possible to work simultaneously. Only one collaborator can have the file open

My ID-Tasker could handle it - but it's not free and PC only.

How often do you need changes to be synchronised?

I meant update changes every few minutes, after someone ended doing some modifications? What exactly is your workflow? 

Live collaboration on the same file on multiple machines rather won't be possible. Semi-live, with slight delay could be - but not live. 

Unfortunately, ID-Tasker isn't available for Mac. Could be used indirectly - but not in this case.

Changes can happen at the same time because we work together in separate offices. Above all, it is important to be able to open the same file and not only a copy of it. As I said, half the team uses mac

If you need a solution for both platforms - then a partial solution would be to use InCopy - as mentioned by @Abhishek Rao. 

There won't be ID-Tasker for Mac, sorry.
