variable texte entête continue et chiffre liste numéroté continue non affiché

Bonjour, je suis en cours de création d'un ouvrage (livre, 4 chapitres), je dois mettre en haut de chaque page une variable de texte que j'ai défini avec un style de paragraphe çà marche, mais ce style de paragraphe contient une liste numéroté continue qu'il lui ne s'affiche pas dans la variable de texte.

Quelqu'un aurait-il déjà eu ce challenge
