vcruntim140.dll not found

I installed a test version of Indesign cc. But it is not possible to start it. The error message is:

Unable to open code, VCRUNTIME140.dll not found.

I tried to reinstall but it did not work.

My system: Windows 10

    Please follow the steps as mentioned below:

    1. Download the MSVCR repair files from this link : https://www.microsoft.com/en-in/download/details.aspx?id=30679

    2. Download the first two EXE files ( x86 & x64 )

    3. Run both of them one by one, choose the Repair option.

    4. Download the MSVCR repair files from this link : https://www.microsoft.com/en-in/download/details.aspx?id=40784

    5. Download the first two EXE files ( x86 & x64 )

    6. Download the MSVCR repair files from this link : https://www.microsoft.com/en-in/download/details.aspx?id=48145

    7. Download the first two EXE files ( x86 & x64 )

    8. Run both of them one by one, choose the Repair option.

    9. Restart the computer after you complete both execution.

    10. Do not launch InDesign immediately after the restart, instead..

    Ø Click on start and type %Appdata% and

    Ø open Roaming.

    Ø Go to Adobe >InDesign rename InDesign to InDesign.old

    Ø Now click on Appdata and open local

    Ø Go to Adobe >InDesign rename InDesign to InDesign.old
