Vertical lines before text

Hello

I have a tekst with a paragraph style and i want before the tekst a vertical line of all the lines with that paragraph style.

Is there a script for or a another solution? I work with CS6 Mac.

Correct answer Kai Rübsamen

A Script could convert the paragraph to a single table cell, with a stroke left, could insert a rectangle with the height of your paragraph or draw a anchored line with the hight of your paragraph. All those stuff is unsatisfactory.

I used to have angelic wings ~Trevor~ but I went for the "Hebrew Mark Lower Dot" as it is a lot more discrete. (Trevor was taken)

Back to the main topic.  It would have been much more fun if the paragraphs would have only spread over 1 or 2 columns (and not 3 or more) so I might just leave this one for Uwe or someone else.

I think the plug in Kai was suggesting in answer #1 is the best solution!
Unless Patrick is using InDesign CC 2014 and the plug in is not updated for that version.
