Video Playback Not Working in Browser

New Here ,
Dec 12, 2016 Dec 12, 2016

I am having a tough time with this. When I review the video playback within Adobe InDesign (alt-click), all of the video controls work. However, when I view the file in a browser the video doesn't play. I have tried .mp4 and .mov files. #stumped

Here is a link to a youtube video I created.

Are you trying to place video in a PDF file? You must test in Acrobat or Reader on a desktop computer. PDF is a browser (as well as on most mobile devices) are a total crap shoot!

What kind of file, i.e. Online Publish, swf, pdf, epub, etc. are you trying to view in a browser? Also, the video from your link is private.
