What does this symbol mean and how can I get it?

Hello! I am working on a document made previously by someone else who is not availale anymore. In the table of contexts I found this strange (but very useful!) symbol that actually helps make a table of contents super easily. Was wondering if anyone knew what this symbol means and how to make it? Thank you!

From menus, you can get it like this: Type > Insert Special Character > Other > Right-Indent Tab. That forces the text following to right-align in the column.
