What is ATC Adobe Type composer in InDesign Preflight under Fonts not allowed. Please let us know what is the used of that font type. How can we identify the font ATC.

Apparently it is an old technology for creating large glyph-set fonts (typically JCK fonts) before composite fonts were developed. See https://blog.typekit.com/alternate/thirty-years-of-japanese-font-development-at-adobe-part-i/ and if you google "Adobe Type Composer" you'll get a link to a more detailed PDF from Adobe on github.
