What is little yellow filled box in upper rh corner of text block?

This thing appears in a text block but not in others. Is it signifiying something? It gets smaller and moves closer to the corner as you zoom in... Would like to know what it is and if indicating a problem.

The yellow box is used to manipulate the corners of a frame. If you click it, the corners become yellow diamonds and you can drag one towards the center to round all the corners (along with a variety of other options).
