What is the meaning of this symbol?

Hi everyone! In my ID file, I seem to have this weird symbol. What does this mean?

Just hidden characters - like a Sixth Space or soething like that

They aren't spaces, as far as I can tell, but they do look like possibly hyperlink text anchors, or maybe Data Merge field markers.

Das sieht nach PDF-Markern aus, etwa durch PDF-Korrekturen. 

Ich lösche diese am Ende der durchgeführten Korrekturen immer.

Ich  gehe auf Suchen & Ersetzen, dort suche ich im Bereich TEXT nach <FEFF> und ersetze dese durch nichts.

They are either cross-reference markers or possibly text anchors.

One way to narrow it down to an answer is to look at that same text in Story Editor mode.

In Story Editor mode, post us a screenshot of what the hidden characters look like?

Those are "Bookmark or hyperlink destination marker (often a text anchor)"

Cross reference markers, looks like someone tried a view times to insert a cross reference at this same point.

EDIT: Mike made a good suggestion, look at it in the Story Editor.
