Help how? What is the problem? Are you on a PC and want to get rid of the Filename field or on a Mac and want to add it? I don't think either is an option, it's just a difference in the user interface of the operating systems.

I want to add it to the mac because the search feature doesn't work at all. It only searches on local disk not on a network drive. The work around is to search outside of InDesign to find the files.
