Where are the horizontal bar buttons in the new version of 2019?

Hello guys.

After the last InDesign update (2019), I'm not finding some buttons / shortcuts that were on the horizontal bar below the menu. This bar was removed and in its place the properties window appeared.

One function that I use a lot is the vertical alignment of text boxes (justified, above, below, and centered). I know it's possible to set the vertical alignment in the "Text Frame Boxes" window (Ctrl + B), but it was much easier when you had the four options buttons on the extinguished horizontal bar.

Can someone help me locate where these buttons were placed?

PS: I took an image from the internet just to illustrate what I'm saying ...

Still there. It is, and always was, called the Control Panel. I believe the default workspace has it off.

I had forgotten the name of this bar.

Thank you! I switched to Workspace and it reappeared.

You helped me a lot.
